Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain an insurance license.
• Demonstrated success in customer service.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients through advising and responding to inquiries.
• Collaborate with Risk Advisors to meet client goals.
• Assist with plan and carrier changes, renewals, and billing.
• Enter activity into the agency management system and maintain records.
• Support service training and implement value-added services.
