Job summary

Dimond Bros. Insurance, LLC in Illinois seeks an Account Executive to partner with Sales and carrier partners to place new business, service clients, and build relationships in employee benefits. This is a full-time, on-site role with hybrid options, Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm.

Responsibilities include managing a book of clients, conducting needs assessments, coordinating annual enrollment, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Licensing and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in employee benefits, HR, or related field.
• Experience with group and individual benefits is preferred.
• Illinois Life and Health Insurance License is required.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a book of market clients for group and individual benefits.
• Conduct client needs assessments and provide strategic benefits guidance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client service, inquiries, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate annual open enrollment, including plan updates and employee support.
• Collaborate with carriers, third-party administrators, and compliance to ensure smooth administration.
• Maintain accurate policy documentation in accordance with procedures and standards.
