Dimond Bros. Insurance, LLC is seeking an Account Executive in a hybrid, full-time role to partner with Sales Executives and carrier partners. You will place new business, service existing clients, and build strong relationships in the employee benefits space.

The position offers on-site work with some hybrid options, a Monday–Friday schedule, and a comprehensive benefits package. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in employee benefits and licensing in Illinois.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in employee benefits, HR, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of employee benefits (medical and ancillary plans).
• Illinois Life and Health Insurance License is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a book of market clients for group and individual benefits.
• Conduct client needs assessments and provide strategic benefits guidance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client service, inquiries, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate annual open enrollment, including plan updates, education, and employee support.
• Collaborate with internal teams, carriers, third-party administrators, and compliance to ensure smooth administration and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate policy documentation in accordance with company procedures and industry standards.
