Job summary

Dimond Bros. Insurance, LLC is seeking an Account Executive to partner with Sales Executives and carrier partners to place new business, service existing clients, and build strong client and carrier relationships in the employee benefits space.

This is a full-time, on-site position (hybrid options available), Monday through Friday, 8am - 4:30pm. The role requires 2+ years in employee benefits or related field, an Illinois Life and Health Insurance License, and strong communication and

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in employee benefits, HR, or a related field
• Working knowledge of employee benefits (medical and ancillary plans)
• Illinois Life and Health Insurance License
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail
• Strong customer focus with effective listening and follow-up skills

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a book of market clients for group and individual benefits.
• Conduct client needs assessments and provide strategic benefits guidance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client service, inquiries, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate annual open enrollment, including plan updates, education, and employee support.
• Collaborate with internal teams, carriers, third-party administrators, and compliance to ensure smooth administration and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate policy documentation in accordance with company procedures and industry standards.
