Arrow Senior Living in Kent, OH is seeking a Part-Time Care Partner to assist Residents with daily activities and provide compassionate support. The role emphasizes empathy, reliability, and teamwork within a home-like environment that values growth and internal promotions.

You must be 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Excellent English communication and computer skills are essential for documenting care and updates.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Read, write, and communicate in English with Residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward Residents.
• Ability to use a computer to print documents and enter information about Residents.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Assist Residents with sitting, standing, and walking, and after a fall.

Responsibilities

• Assist Residents with activities of daily living (ADL): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
• Create human connections with Residents during vulnerable moments.
• Foster an inclusive and positive environment by investing in work, team members, and the community.
• Engage in development, growth, and training within the organization.
