Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner in Highland Heights, OH. The role emphasizes empathy, teamwork, and a strong commitment to residents’ well-being. You will support daily living activities and safety, ensuring a warm, respectful environment.

We value 18+ years old, a high school diploma or equivalent, and English communication with residents. The position requires physical activity, computer use, and a commitment to growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents and teamwork.
• Basic computer skills to print documents and enter information.
• Role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping.
• Must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Assist residents with walking, transfers, and fall recovery.
• Criminal background check clearance is required.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating.
• Support residents with mobility and daily routines to enhance well-being.
