Arrow Senior Living in Columbia, MO is seeking a Care Partner to join our compassionate team. This part-time role supports residents with daily activities, builds meaningful connections, and helps create a warm, safe home.

You must be 18+, have a high school diploma, reliable English communication, and the stamina to assist with ADLs, mobility, and fall prevention. We value empathy, teamwork, and a positive attitude toward residents and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with Residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward Residents.
• Basic computer skills to print documents and enter information.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel and stoop all day.
• Ability to frequently lift/move items up to 50 pounds.
• Assist residents with sitting, standing, walking and post-fall support.
• Criminal clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating and oral care.
• Create human connections with residents during vulnerable moments.
• Foster an inclusive, positive environment by caring for residents, team members and the community.
• Be engaged in personal development, growth and training within the organization.
• Provide proactive support to residents with daily activities and mobility needs.
