Arrow Senior Living in Solon, OH is seeking a compassionate Care Partner to assist residents with activities of daily living and provide empathetic, person-centered care in a home-like setting.

You will join a supportive team, work night shifts, and contribute to resident safety and quality of life through companionship, daily help, and respectful interaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read, write, understand and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel and stoop all day.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background clearance.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and daily routines.
• Provide empathetic companionship and human connection.
• Support residents with eating, grooming, toileting and mobility as needed.
• Create an inclusive and positive environment through respectful interaction.
• Promote safety and well-being and participate in training and development.
