Arrow Senior Living in Kent, OH is seeking a Care Partner to join our full-time team at 5241 Sunnybrook Road. You will assist residents with daily living tasks and provide compassionate, resident-centered care during scheduled shifts (6:00am-6:00pm).

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude and love for residents.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background cleared.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
• Create human connections and advocate for empathy in daily interactions.
• Support residents in a welcoming, inclusive environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
