Animal Medical Center of Seattle in Shoreline, WA is hiring a Veterinary Client Care Specialist. This full-time role (36-38 hours/week) offers $22–$25/hour with potential shift differentials. You will guide clients through visits, emergencies, and billing while supporting the veterinary team.

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help people and their pets.

Responsabilidades

• Greet clients and patients and identify needs on arrival.
• Answer incoming calls, gather information, connect to team.
• Communicate between clients, veterinarians, and referring hospitals.
• Schedule appointments and maintain client/patient information.
• Explain estimates, deposits, payments, and options.
• Manage multiple conversations with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Support clients with empathy during stressful moments.
• Take ownership of questions and follow through to solution.
• Participate in meetings, training, and ongoing learning.
