United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Support Agent to join our Customer Experience Team. You will deliver five-star service to our members, handle membership, billing, and property inquiries, and work with a dynamic group of agents in a fast-paced startup.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of high-volume customer care, experience with Zendesk/Intercom/Salesforce, strong communication, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service in high-volume environments.
• Experience with tech-enabled customer support, real estate, or hospitality preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to de-escalate and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Omnichannel First-Level Support: frontline contact for Members via calls and emails.
• Co-Living & Operations Troubleshooting: resolve membership, billing, and property inquiries.
• Documentation & Triage Escalations: log cases in CRM and triage to Tier 2 or relevant teams.
• SLA Adherence & Service Excellence: maintain high-quality resolutions and customer satisfaction metrics.
• De-escalation & Empathetic Communication: stay calm and professional in high-stress situations.
• Platform & Policy Fluency: learn and apply company policies, terms, and house rules.
