Responsibilities

• Performs basic nursing care and patient procedures as required.
• Observes, reports, and documents changes in patient condition and nursing care performed.
• Assists with diagnostic and therapeutic treatments; prepares patients for surgery and post-operative care.
• Administers medications as approved; monitors vitals and conducts routine nursing tasks.
• Responds to emergencies and participates in code team as designated.
• Maintains cleanliness, safety and efficiency in nursing and ensures patient comfort and safety.
