Job summary

ARH is hiring licensed practical nurses to deliver diverse nursing care under RN supervision in Kentucky facilities. The LPN will perform a wide range of patient care activities, monitor conditions, administer medications, and assist with procedures to support recovery and comfort.

Responsibilities include documenting in patient charts, participating in health education, maintaining a safe environment, and responding to emergencies as part of the care team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing.
• Must maintain current licensure in state of practice.
• Must successfully complete the IV Therapy Course.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic nursing care and patient procedures as required.
• Observes, reports, and documents changes in patient’s condition, observations, and care.
• Administers medications and IV therapy as approved.
• Prepares for and assists with diagnostic and therapeutic treatments.
• Responds to emergencies and participates in code team as designated.
