Pop-Up Talent is hiring an Intake Assistant to be the first point of contact for individuals seeking legal help across civil rights, employment, medical malpractice, and other cases in Los Angeles, CA.

You will gather information, manage medical records and reports, and coordinate with attorneys and staff while handling routine administrative tasks with empathy and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales, customer service, or crisis counseling experience.
• Exposure to Case Management software is preferred.
• Demonstrated empathy and ability to work under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, text, and in person.
• Gather preliminary information for a variety of legal matters.
• Document medical records and other case materials; manage follow-up communications.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff and perform general administrative tasks.
