Job summary

Team Select Home Care is seeking a Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide skilled personal care and ADLs in patients' homes under RN supervision. The role requires compassion, reliability, and adherence to plan of care.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, basic household tasks, and timely documentation. Training is provided, with weekly pay and flexible scheduling options to support caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Ensures patient safety and follows agency policies.
