Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified Home Health Aide program preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services per care plan.
• Assist clients with mobility and transfers for safety.
• Support meal preparation and nutrition, including feeding assistance.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor health as directed.
• Assist with light housekeeping to maintain a safe environment.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services and client changes.
• Foster supportive relationships with clients and families.
• Collaborate with RNs and healthcare team to implement care plans.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
