Team Select Home Care in Miami, FL is seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide skilled personal care and ADLs to patients in their homes under the supervision of an RN. You will follow the plan of care, assist with daily living activities, meals, and light household tasks, and document visits while maintaining infection control and patient dignity.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 18+, current CPR certification, and state-permitted licensure.

• Completes visit records in a timely manner and reports changes to the RN.
• Attends staff meetings and care conferences as scheduled.
