Home Care Agency LLC is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) to support clients in their homes. You will provide personal care, assist with daily activities, monitor health, and document changes for our healthcare team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HHA or CNA certification in the state is preferred.
• Prior caregiving experience is a plus but not required.
• Must be compassionate, patient and trustworthy with good communication.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding) with dignity.
• Assist with daily living activities including meals and mobility support.
• Monitor health and report changes to supervisor or healthcare team.
• Keep living spaces clean and safe; perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Engage clients in conversation and social activities to support well-being.
• Support mobility and therapy exercises as directed by professionals.
• Document services and client condition changes accurately.
• Adhere to safety, health protocols and confidentiality policies.
