Team Select Home Care is seeking a Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide skilled personal care and ADLs to patients in their homes under the supervision of a registered nurse. You will report to the RN and work as part of a caring in-home team.

The role emphasizes empathy, reliability, and adherence to care plans, with paid training, weekly pay, and opportunities for ongoing education. A high school diploma or GED and CPR certification are required, with state-specific licensure maintained.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 18 years of age or older per state regulation
• CPR and health certifications per state requirements
• Ability to read, write and follow directions
• Compassionate, empathetic caregiving approach

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient personal care and assist with daily living activities
• Perform light household tasks and meal support per plan
• Maintain infection control practices and document visits timely
