Emergency Veterinary Care Centers (EVCC) Highland is seeking a Client Service Representative (CSR) for day shifts to be the first and last friendly face for clients and their pets. You will help navigate payments, scheduling, and medical record flow while providing compassionate support in a fast-paced emergency setting.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in client service, excellent communication, and a calm, organized approach.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a client service role
• Advanced proficiency in computer programs and practice management software
• Ability to remain calm and compassionate in high-stress situations
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking
• Team player with a flexible, can-do attitude
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Anticipate client needs and provide empathetic, timely service
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients and the clinical team
• Greet clients and ensure they are seen by a doctor as promptly as possible
• Help clients understand and navigate financial options
• Support smooth workflow and case progression through strong teamwork
• Coordinate with referring veterinarians and expedite medical records
• Accurately input client and patient information
• Process payments and maintain detailed records
• Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and welcoming
• Ensure clients leave with clarity, confidence, and a positive experience
