Emergency Veterinary Care Centers (EVCC) is seeking an Overnight Client Service Representative to be the bridge between our medical team and families during critical moments. You’ll deliver empathetic, efficient service, manage front-desk operations, and help guide clients through financial options, ensuring a smooth hospital experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a client service role.
• Lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Previous veterinary experience is a bonus, but not required.
• Advanced proficiency in computer programs and practice management software.
• Ability to remain calm and compassionate in high-stress situations.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Team player with a flexible, can-do attitude.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate client needs and provide empathetic, timely service.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients and the clinical team.
• Greet clients and ensure they are seen by a doctor as promptly as possible.
• Help clients understand and navigate financial options.
• Support smooth workflow and case progression through strong teamwork.
• Coordinate with referring veterinarians and expedite medical records.
• Accurately input client and patient information.
• Process payments and maintain detailed records.
• Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Ensure clients leave with clarity, confidence, and a positive experience.
