Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; additional qualifications in collections or finance are a plus.
• 1–2 years experience with sub-prime customers and debt collection preferred.
• 2 years of customer service experience required.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests to address outstanding balances and resolve account issues.
• Provide information on account details, payment options, and consequences of non-payment.
• Develop feasible payment plans with guests based on their financial situation.
• Document interactions and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Negotiate payoff deadlines and payment plans.
• Handle questions and guest complaints; investigate discrepancies.
