Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience with call center experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent communication with emphasis on empathy, active listening and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic and professional support to policyholders via inbound calls, handling 80–100 calls daily.
• Enter claim details into our claim software while on the call.
• Respond to inquiries about claim status, settlement, and required documents.
• Use Microsoft Office Suite to document interactions.
