Job summary

American Modern Insurance Group, Inc., a Munich Re company, is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support policyholders during their time of need. You will be the first point of contact for newly reported claims, ensuring a positive experience.

This high-volume, hybrid role combines in-office and remote work from Amelia, OH, with a focus on empathy, accuracy, and quick learning across multiple software systems. Overtime may occur during catastrophes.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and empathy in interactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic, professional support to policyholders via inbound calls; capture detailed information for newly reported claims.
• Accurately enter claim details into our claim software while on the phone with customers.
• Respond to inquiries regarding claim status, settlement, and required documentation.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite daily to document customer interactions.
