Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience, call center preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and empathy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic and professional support to policyholders via inbound calls, capturing detailed information.
• Enter claim details into our claim software while on the phone with customers.
• Respond to inquiries regarding claim status, settlement, and documentation.
• Utilize Microsoft Office to document customer interactions.
