Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a claims environment, especially first notice of loss or call center operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including empathy in high-stress situations.
• Familiarity with insurance terminology and claim processes.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems while maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities

• First Point of Contact: manage 40–60 inbound calls daily from policyholders with empathy.
• Claims Administration: input details into multiple systems and route documents.
• Customer Support: maintain trust and clear communication with customers and agents.
• Team Collaboration: coordinate with adjusters and internal departments for smooth handoffs.
• Adaptability: support various shifts and departments as workloads shift.
