Qualifications

• Ability to navigate technology and resolve service issues.
• Basic critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving.
• Spanish language proficiency preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Be the initial contact for insureds and claimants via phone.
• Process claims for policyholders and claimants over the phone.
• Assist with online/mail claims processing.
• Join weekly team huddles and engagement activities.
