Qualifications

• Strong background in nuclear weapons effects, EMP effects and standards.
• Experience with electromagnetic environmental effects and EMC/EMI testing.
• Ability to gather, analyze and interpret data to support decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate EMP testing activities with multiple System Program Offices and related survivability analyses.
• Create and maintain a configuration control database tracking tested platforms, test points and findings.
• Support standardization of EMP test plans/reports and analyze test data to produce findings reports.
• Recommend equipment upgrades or test protocol modifications based on data analytics.
• Contribute to policy and guidance development; travel as needed for test execution and planning.
