Job summary

Apex Systems is seeking an Electromagnetic Operations & Warfare Analyst to support EMO/EW capability product development in a multinational environment. The role includes program management, requirements analysis, and doctrinal work in Norfolk, VA, onsite.

Required are advanced degrees with extensive EMO/EW experience, strong briefing skills for senior leaders, and the ability to travel up to 40 days/year. This contract position emphasizes collaboration with international partners and DOTMLPFI

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering, information systems, computer science, project management, business administration, or related discipline.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience may be substituted.
• Minimum 5 years of operational EMO/EW knowledge at Tactical or Joint level within last 12 years.

Responsibilities

• Support development of EMO/EW capability products per governance models.
• Assist program management with stakeholder interaction from strategic to tactical levels.
• Capture and analyze capability requirements across DOTMLPFI.
• Contribute to EMO/EW doctrinal materials development and review.
• Coordinate DOTMLPFI development and synchronization.
• Organize workshops, seminars, and meetings.
• Collaborate with national and international military and civilian organizations.
• Administer programme status information in the electronic support environment.
• Engage with agencies on EMO/EW capabilities development and validation.
• Identify and share lessons learned and best practices.
• Travel to meetings and conferences up to 40 days per year.
