Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, communications, psychology, or related field.
• 1–2 years of recruiting, HR, campus recruiting, recruitment coordination, or customer-facing experience.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiting plans and day-to-day hiring activities with the Recruiting Lead.
• Manage multiple open roles, track progress, and flag risks or delays.
• Prepare candidate updates, interview schedules, and hiring status reports.
• Screen resumes to assess qualifications and role fit.
• Maintain timely, professional candidate communication and experience.
• Escalate questions to ensure alignment and candidate care.
