Responsibilities

Lead recruiting delivery across business areas, aligning strategies to needs.
Coach, guide, and develop recruiters, sourcing recruiters, and coordinators.
Build partnerships with business leaders and TA leadership through proactive communication.
Identify trends with data, market insights, and stakeholder feedback to improve outcomes.
Support workload planning, escalation management, and process consistency.
Champion a positive candidate experience reflecting the company's values.
