Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with solid academic record; all majors welcome.

• Completion of Store Manager training (LEAP) within 12 weeks of start.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work extended days, evenings, weekends, and relocate if needed.
• Ability to transfer to other Walgreens retail assets within the same area.

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and front-end operations.
• Supports Store Manager with overall operation and scheduling.
• Leads recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline.
• Improves customer experience and resolves complaints promptly.
• Oversees cash handling, registers, deposits, and bookkeeping.
• Trains and coaches team; ensures inventory procedures are followed.
• Ensures compliance with laws and company policies; maintains safety.
