Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or completed Walgreens internship or HS diploma with 2 years supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with ethics, motivation, and business acumen.
• Completion of Store Manager training or willingness to complete Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to accept promotion into a Store Manager position, which could require relocation.
• Ability to transfer to other Walgreens retail assets within the same hiring area.

Responsibilities

• Supervises front end and pharmacy operations, including scheduling and performance management.
• Lead customer experience initiatives and coaching for service excellence.
• Analyze financial and performance data to drive store improvements.
• Support Store Manager with overall store operations and compliance.
