Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with relevant experience or Walgreens internship.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, strong ethics, communication, and business acumen.
• Store Manager training program (LEAP) completed or willingness to complete.

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and store activities to achieve company goals.
• Supports Store Manager and operates with minimal overlap; covers store activities in absence of Store Manager.
• Leads recruitment, performance management, and discipline for team members.
• Engages customers, resolves complaints, and drives service excellence.
• Monitors front-end and pharmacy operations, coaching for improvements in service metrics.
• Analyzes financial and performance data to drive store growth and profitability.
