Job summary

A Bachelor's or equivalent experience is required; English fluency and flexible scheduling are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Walgreens internship or HS diploma with 2 years supervisory experience.
• Fluency in English (reading/writing/speaking).
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekends.
• Strong leadership, ethics, and business acumen.
• Must complete Store Manager training LEAP or Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks.
• Ability to transfer to other Walgreens stores within the same area.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store team, including recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline.
• Improve customer experience by resolving complaints and coaching staff.
• Oversee front-end and pharmacy operations, including scheduling and inventory control.
• Analyze financial and performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with external partners and drive store performance initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and safety standards.
