Qualifications

• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends; potential relocation.

Responsibilities

• Supervises store operations and team members, assigns daily activities and schedules.
• Leads recruitment, hiring, performance management, discipline, and staffing planning.
• Supports Store Manager and District Manager; analyzes data to drive store performance.
• Manages cash handling and maintains store financial controls; oversees inventory.
• Ensures compliance with policies and regulatory requirements; supports customer experience.
