Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a solid academic record or two years supervisory experience in lieu of a degree.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with strong business acumen and ethics.
• Completion of Store Manager training program (LEAP) or willingness to complete Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and designated hitters to support store operations.
• Leads recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline of team members.
• Plans merchandising, protects store assets, and drives sales and profitability.
• Uses data and feedback to make fact-based decisions and improve store performance.
• Coordinates with Store Manager and District Manager to ensure policy compliance and effective execution of strategy.
• Maintains scheduling, staffing, and frontline coverage to ensure smooth operations.
