Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Walgreens program completed.
• Leadership abilities and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to complete LEAP within 12 weeks of start date.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English; willingness to work flexible schedule.
• Willingness to relocate for promotion to a Store Manager position.

Responsibilities

• Supervise customer service associates and front-end operations to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Support Store Manager to achieve company deliverables and manage store activities.
• Recruit, hire, train, and manage performance of team members; discipline when needed.
• Lead and coach team to improve customer service metrics and store profitability.
• Analyze financial and performance data to drive store improvements and opportunities.
• Ensure proper merchandising, cash handling, inventory, and compliance with policies.
