Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and designated hitters. Manages front end operations and provides recommendations on Pharmacy and Retail Store operations.
• Supports Store Manager in overall store management to meet company goals; covers responsibilities in the Manager's absence; ensures proper merchandising, asset protection, and sales growth.
• Leads and manages team members, including recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline to ensure engagement and performance.

Customer Experience

• Engages customers, resolves complaints, and models customer service best practices.
• Monitors and improves customer service metrics through coaching and training.

Operations

• Supervises store operations, assigns daily tasks, manages scheduling, and oversees inventory and cash management.
• Collaborates with external partners and supports community outreach initiatives.

Business Performance Management

• Analyzes financial and performance data to create improvement plans.

People & Performance Management

• Leads and trains team, manages performance, and develops talent pipelines.

Training & Personal Development

• Completes required training programs and maintains relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; management experience preferred.

Additional Information
