The Role:

We are seeking a Store Manager for our Carrefour Angrignon location. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, passion for sporting apparel and footwear, and strong leadership skills. The Store Manager will oversee all store operations, drive sales, ensure visual standards, and develop a high-performing team dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Motivate and lead the sales team to achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Implement in-store strategies to improve sales and operational efficiency while adhering to company standards.
• Foster a community atmosphere through excellent customer rapport and service.
• Manage weekly schedules and daily task delegation.
• Increase store sales via inventory management, merchandising, and identifying growth opportunities.
• Oversee end-to-end in-store e-commerce operations, including processing, picking, packing, and shipping orders.
• Reduce inventory shrinkage by investigating discrepancies and resolving issues.
• Handle weekly bank deposits and manage store expenses.
• Develop a talent pipeline and nurture top talent into future leaders.
• Stay informed about new product releases and ensure the team is updated.
• Coordinate with HR to fill open positions and train new staff.
• Manage biweekly payroll submissions for the store team.
• Maintain visual standards set by the merchandising team.
• Organize and host local events and initiatives, ensuring compliance with company standards.

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of retail management experience.
• Proven leadership and team-building skills.
• Ability to make critical business decisions confidently.
