Qualifications

• Completion of Store Manager training (LEAP) or willingness to complete within 12 weeks.
• Ability to transfer to other Walgreens locations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise customer service associates and store operations to meet deliverables.
• Support Store Manager with overall operation of the store and pharmacy/retail.
• Recruit, hire, train, and discipline team members to maintain performance.
• Ensure merchandising, asset protection, and profitability of the store.
• Manage scheduling, time records, and front-end/pharmacy inventory.
