Qualifications

• 1-3 years of prior restaurant/retail experience with strong customer service
• Able to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Has a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Develop leadership potential to reach General Manager level within a year
• Partner with GM to run the store and impact the district
• Create a joyful environment and strong connections with guests and team
• Lead speed, service and problem-solving to exceed goals
• Manage cash handling, inventory, and operational tasks
• Identify root causes to implement sustainable improvements
• Live the Core Values in every interaction and develop your team
