Job summary

Caribou Coffee Operating Company, Inc. is seeking an Assistant General Manager to grow into a store leadership role. You will work closely with the General Manager to guide the team, manage operations, and drive performance across the district and brand.

The AGM role focuses on developing leadership capabilities, executing strategic store initiatives, and delivering excellent guest experiences while supporting community impact and business growth.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of restaurant/retail experience with strong customer service.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates leadership and supports store leadership development.
• Collaborates with GM to run store operations and drive growth.
• Drives sales through fast, friendly service and accurate cash handling.
• Manages inventory, orders, and waste controls within store operations.
• Fosters a positive, inclusive environment and coaching culture.
• Ensures adherence to store policies and health/safety standards.
