Qualifications

• Demonstrates the Doing of Team Member and Shift Leader with enthusiasm and excellence.
• Develops understanding of the business toward General Manager level within a year.
• Creates a joyful guest experience and teaches the team to do the same.
• Leads with speed and service to help hit sales goals and maintain calm under pressure.
• Manages store funds and enforces cash-handling policies.
