Qualifications

• 1–3 years of restaurant/retail experience with strong customer service.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Develops understanding of the business to GM level within a year.
• Creates a joyful environment and builds real connections with guests and team.
• Drives sales by balancing speed of service with quality interactions.
• Leads problem resolution with calm, professionalism, and listening to understand.
• Understands and communicates impact on Profit & Loss and store performance.
• Manages administrative tasks, cash handling, inventory, and shrink controls.
