Job summary

Walgreens Co. is seeking a Store Manager/ESM to supervise customer service associates, manage the front end of the store, and guide pharmacy and retail operations.

You will work with the Store Manager to achieve company goals, cover in their absence, and ensure proper merchandising, asset protection, and profitability. You will lead recruitment, training, performance management, and discipline; coach teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences; monitor store metrics; manage cash handling

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Walgreens internship or High School Diploma with two years of supervisory experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule and potential relocation if offered a Store Manager position.
