Job summary

Walgreens is seeking an experienced leader to supervise customer service associates and manage the front end of the store, including retail and pharmacy operations. You will work with the Store Manager to ensure merchandising standards, profitability, and asset protection while guiding a team through hiring, performance management, and disciplinary actions.

The role emphasizes coaching teams, improving customer experiences, and driving store performance metrics.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or completed Walgreens Community Internship Program.
Experience in supervisory roles or leading teams is preferred.
Willingness to relocate and work flexible hours including evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

Oversee front end operations and pharmacy/retail store activities.
Recruit, coach, discipline, and develop team members.
Ensure store profitability, asset protection, and merchandising standards.
Monitor customer experience and resolve issues to exceed expectations.
Manage scheduling, time records, and shifts for optimal coverage.
Collaborate with external partners and support Store Manager with data-driven decisions.
Assist during busy periods in pharmacy operations when needed.
