Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Store Operations Leader to supervise customer service associates and oversee front-end and pharmacy operations. You will work alongside the Store Manager to ensure a smooth store-wide operation and to meet company deliverables.

The role involves leading hiring, performance management, and discipline, while driving customer service excellence and profitability across both retail and pharmacy functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent supervision experience accepted.
• Store Manager training (LEAP) or Walgreens Leadership Essentials encouraged.
• Completion of Walgreens Community Internship Program is an option.
