Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a solid academic record; all majors welcome or equivalent Walgreens program.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings and weekends.
• Completion of Store Manager training (LEAP) or Walgreens Leadership Essentials (post-Jun 1, 2021) within 12 weeks of start.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train store team; recruit, hire, coach, and discipline direct reports.
• Supervise front-end and pharmacy operations; ensure customer service excellence and issue resolution.
• Oversee store financials, inventory, cash handling, and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and District Manager to implement performance improvement plans and strategies.
• Ensure safety, security, and maintenance; manage scheduling and store coverage.
