Job summary

Walgreens is seeking an experienced Store Manager/Supervisor to oversee customer service associates and the front end of both Pharmacy and Retail operations. You will support the Store Manager to achieve company deliverables, manage staffing, and drive sales and profitability across the store.

You will lead team performance, conduct coaching, training, and empowerment, while ensuring compliance with company policies, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required or two years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and designated hitters; manages front end and makes recommendations on store operations.
• Supports Store Manager to achieve company deliverables and covers responsibilities in their absence.
• Leads and manages store team members including recruitment, hiring, performance management and discipline.
